Comments
When visitors of the website leave a comment, we collect the data in the comments’ form, as well as the IP address of the visitor and the string of the browser’s user to be able to detect undesirable messages.
An anonymous string created by your e-mail address (also called “hash”) may be given to Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approving your comment, your profile’s picture is publicly visible in your comment’s frame.
Multimedia
If you download pictures to the website, you must avoid downloading pictures with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). The website visitors can receive and extract any location data from pictures in the website.

If you leave a comment in our website, you can choose to save your name, e-mail address and your website in cookies. This is for your own convenience so that you will need to fill in your personal data again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its meta-data are indefinitely kept. This way we can identify and automatically approve the comments that follow instead of keeping them in a message input queue.
For signing-in users in our website, we also store the personal data they have in their user’s profile. All users can see, process or delete their personal data at any given moment (in addition to be able to change their user’s name). The website administrators can also see and process this information.
Your rights over your data
If you have an account in this website or you have left a comment, you can ask to receive an exported file of the personal data we keep for you, including any data you have given us. You can also request the deletion of the personal data we keep for you. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.
