The lentils of KTIMA AGROTI are from the area of Larissa.
Lentils have been cultivated in the Prefecture of Larissa for centuries. In the beginning, it was big quantities to supply Greece and then considerable quantities for exports. It is not accidental that the National Agricultural Research Foundation, with significant research and having created many varieties of legumes and fodder plants, is located in Larissa,
One of these varieties is SAMOS Lentils which is an exclusive and contractual cultivation of KTIMA AGROTI.
It is the most tasty and with the shortest cooking time variety of lentils in Greece.
Apart from being a main meal, they can be combined with salads and other ingredients providing a wonderful visual and tasty result.
