The company AGROTIS Ltd deals with the production and standardization of Greek legumes under the name “from the FARMER’S LAND”. Part of the company’s activity is also the milling of legumes in a stone mill, creating the LEGUMINA flour series, the name of which comes from the Latin word legumen meaning legume. Also, following the standards of the Mediterranean diet, it has managed to enrich the traditional Cretan rusk with legume flour and create the LEGUMAKI range of products.
